A graduate of the interior design program at Texas State University and a fully licensed designer having passed the NCIDQ exams, Nicole is an anchor to the design team at BDG. Her previous work experience and tenure with our firm have been stepping stones to her current leadership position. Her grace in all forms of communication is founded in her knowledge of design & the construction process; clients and patrons quickly trust her and respect her solutions, ideas, and problem-solving. Working closely with Debbie, Nicole is a team player; she oversees all projects and mentors the entire team.

Her love of cats has been an asset recently on a firm project of other cat family devotees as they all understand the luxury of a “catio.” Nicole is also an accomplished painter – much of her off-duty time is spent fulfilling commissions & skillfully painting gifts for family and friends. Golf is her other hobby, and she is bound to find herself doing business on the golf course soon.
