Returning to Texas after full careers on the East Coast, this home had to represent the broad, global experience of the owners within the context of an authentic Hill Country home. We embraced their love of hand-hewn woods, native stones, and river rocks which we blended with their treasured rugs and artifacts to create a home uniquely their own. It was the design charge to use their treasures and acquisitions in the context of good design in the large scale total renovation and addition.
